Slide shows may be given by the individual purchaser twice to non-commercial groups of less than 15 individuals. No fees may be attached to such presentations. No barter or in-kind services may be arranged.
Additional Uses Additional uses are negotiable. Expect the following: 1. Training handouts may be photocopied for distribution only if used in their entirety. 2. Permission use rates depend upon number of copies of handouts or number of individuals present for slide shows. 3. Rates depend upon whether use is commercial or non-commercial. 4. Republishing rates depend upon whether material is to be republished in print or electronically. 5. Electronic republishing rates depend upon publication format. 6. Written permission will be required for any additional use. 7. Copyright notice and permission must accompany use.

Details The materials available in Arnie Baker Cycling and/or Argo Publishing products (collectively subsequently referred to as Arnie Baker Cycling), both in print and online, are the property of Arnie Baker and are protected under United States and international copyright and other laws and conventions. Arnie Baker Cycling grants to you, the customer, a nontransferable, nonexclusive right and revocable license to use this material according to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
