2-Hour Stationary Trainer Workouts (2) (Introduction)


General

This is a general two-hour stationary trainer workout.

Among other fitness needs, cycling demands aerobic capacity, muscle strength, and neuromuscular coordination. Different aspects of these fitness parts are emphasized during different parts of the workout.


Climbing

This is a two-hour climbing stationary trainer workout.

One of the most important aspects of cycling fitness is climbing. This session is designed to train this fitness element.

Among other fitness needs, climbing demands aerobic capacity and muscle strength. Different aspects of these fitness elements are emphasized during different parts of the workout.


Descending Ladder Climbing

This is a two-hour climbing stationary trainer workout, a variation on the workout above.

One of the most important aspects of cycling fitness is climbing. This session is designed to train this fitness element.
